Mains
Tagine is a Stardust speciality dish!  Moroccan stew, oven baked and served in traditional tagine earthenware pots.  
These dishes come with a choice of Persian rice, cous cous or a combination of both.
Served with a green salad plated on central dishes

Beef Tagine
This  spicy tagine is a savoury combination of dried apricots and beef stewed with saffron,
cinnamon, ginger, paprika and crushed pepper

Seafood Tagine
Mussels, calamari, line fish, prawns and shrimp simmered in a tasty Moroccan herb and tomato sauce

Chicken Tagine
Aromatic Moroccan style chicken breasts scented with our unique spice blend
(Ras El Hanout or ‘top of the shop’)

Chocolate Fondue
Creamy melted chocolate served with a combination of
Marshmallows, fresh fruit and boudoir biscuits and mixed nuts.
