Tagine- Stardust’s speciality dish!  Moroccan stew,
oven baked and served in traditional tagine earthenware pots

Beef Tagine
This sweet and spicy tagine is a savoury combination of dried apricots
and meat stewed with saffron, cinnamon, ginger and pepper

Seafood Tagine
Mussels, calamari, line fish and prawns and a Moroccan herb sauce finished
with Greek yoghurt

Chicken Tagine

Aromatic Moroccan style deboned Chicken Tagine
scented with cumin and coriander,
spiced with a sweet and tangy home-made mango chutney

Lamb Tagine

Cinnamon and nutmeg finished with glazed apricots and prunes,
topped with honey drenched onions

Oxtail Tagine
Succulently slow cooked oxtail in a Moroccan style five spice mixture

                                                     

Dessert
Chocolate Fondue

Creamy melted chocolate served with a combination of
fresh fruit, boudoir biscuits and marshmallows,
available with or without stroh rum
                                                  and mixed nuts
